'C'mon, I've Got the Papers We Need!'
This is the original newspaper negative by political cartoonist Tom Engelhardt featuring the cartoon printed in The St. Louis Post-Dispatch on May 21, 1975. In the cartoon,a man is wearing a trench coat and holding a flashlight and a copy of the Bill of Rights under his arm as he is jumping out of a window. He is telling another man that is wearing a 'Justice Dept. Argument for Illegal Search and Seizures' trench coat 'C'mon, I've got the papers we need!'.
