Rocheport Post Office Coaster by The 1818 Project

This handmade coaster depicts Rocheport Post Office, created by the 1818 projects.

Located at 200 Central Street, the Rocheport Post Office is the second-oldest active post office in Boone County, established in 1833 along the Missouri River. Housed in a classic brick building that once served as the Rocheport Bank, this historic site represents nearly two centuries of community tradition and a rich local legacy in the heart of historic Rocheport.  

About the Artist

Chris Creasy resides in Boone County, Missouri and photographs historic buildings in Columbia, MO before they are improved, changed or removed. She considers herself less of a photographer and more of a 'self-appointed' historian and documenter.
