Shakespeare's Coaster by The 1818 Project

This handmade coaster depicting Shakespeare's Pizza, founded in 1973, is a landmark in Columbia, Missouri, USA, known for its popular pizza and unconventional decor. In November 2010, Shakespeare's was the winner of “Best Bites Challenge: College Edition” on ABC's Good Morning America. It is one of the many beautiful coasters made by The 1818 project.

About the Artist

Chris Creasy resides in Boone County, Missouri and photographs historic buildings in Columbia, MO before they are improved, changed or removed. She considers herself less of a photographer and more of a 'self-appointed' historian and documenter.
