About the Author
Andrea Broomfield is a native Kansas Citian. She is chair and professor of English at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas, and author of several articles and two books pertaining to food and history: 'Food and Cooking in Victorian England' and 'A History and Kansas City: A Food Biography.'
