The Persimmon Hill Farm Berry Cookbook grew out of our love for delicious, naturally grown berries and culinary creativity. This cookbook is a combination of family recipes, contributions from berry-loving friends, adaptations from traditional recipes, and concoctions we have developed from experimenting with our farm’s bounty -- firm, delicious, fresh berries.
