The Missouri Conference on History brings together teachers of history and other professional historians to share in the presentation of research, to exchange information on teaching and curriculum, to consider ways to promote interest in history and the welfare of the profession, and to discuss other concerns common to all historians. All persons interested or involved in the teaching of history, historical research, historical preservation, or any other professional application of history are welcome.

Register online now for the sixty-second annual Missouri Conference on History, March 11-13, 2020, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel St. Louis-Chesterfield. The conference, hosted by Lindenwood University, brings together scholars, teachers, and other professional historians.
- Early Bird Registration (before 2/16/20): $45 ea.
- Standard Registration (2/17/20 – 2/24/20): $55 ea.
- Late Registration (2/25/2020 or later): $65 ea.
- Students save $10 on registration fees
Registrations made after March 2 do not guarantee meals at the keynote or the award luncheons.
All presenters, commentators, and conference participants must register for the conference. Submission of the registration form is a commitment to attend the conference, and reimbursement will not be issued for cancellations. Another member of your organization is welcome in your place if circumstances necessitate.

Lawrence O. Christensen Article Award
The Lawrence O. Christensen Article Award is given to the best article on any Missouri-related historical topic published within the preceding year. It was named for Dr. Christensen in 2014. Your contribution to the Lawrence O. Christensen Article Award will honor his memory and support the ongoing study of Missouri's past through annual recognition of outstanding scholarship.
