This is the original newspaper negative by political cartoonist Tom Engelhardt featuring the cartoon printed in The St. Louis Post-Dispatch on October 11, 1992. In the cartoon, Perot, Clinton and Bus are all standing on a sinking ship. Perot says they should get the best shipbuilders to tell them how to fix the ship, Clinton wants to change course and Bush says he'll take care of it on his next trip and then asks Clinton why he was demonstrating on foreign ports over 20 years ago. This is a one of a kind item and the proceeds help benefit The State Historical Society of Missouri's Engelhardt Cartoon Collection.
